Abstract:
In the present work, the relativistic quantum electrohydrodynamic fundamental equa- tions are solved in the first approximation for a homogeneously charged proton-anti- proton pair and thereby the energy-mass and the radius of the “proton” are calculated.
Antiproton and proton are described as nested spherical shells with the quantum num- ber (mass number) n = 1 and n = 2 . Quantum electrohydrodynamic calculations give for the antiproton on the inner spherical shell a radius of R 1 = 0.432747 fm and for the proton on the outer spherical shell a radius of R 2 = 0.54523 fm . In addition, each spher- ical shell is preceded by a cavity (by a buffer zone), which exerts Casimir forces on the antiproton and proton and has the radius of 0.320908 fm or 0.516845 fm . The total energy of the “proton” E T = 966.29321 MeV is obtained in hydrodynamic equilibrium by summation over the four energy ranges of the proton-antiproton pair.
