Halbklassische Berechnung der Schalenenergien der gg-Kerne mit Hilfe der Casimir-Kräfte

Abstract:

In der vorliegenden Arbeit berechnen wir in halbklassischer Näherung die Schalen- energien der gg-Kerne mit Hilfe der Casimir-Kräfte. Wir zeigen zunächst, dass für die Gesamtbindungsenergie des Helium-Kerns im Wesentlichen die von uns einge- führten tangential und radial wirkenden Casimir-Kräfte verantwortlich sind. An- schließend führen wir die gleiche Berechnung für den Beryllium-Kern durch und ge- langen auch hier zu der Erkenntnis, dass für die Gesamtbindungsenergie des Berylli- um-Kerns im Wesentlichen die von uns eingeführten tangential und radial wirkenden Casimir-Kräfte verantwortlich sind. Zum Schluss berechnen wir die charakteristi- schen Schalengrößen ausgewählter gg-Kerne – 8 Be, 16 O, 24 Mg, 32 S, 40 Ca, 48 Cr, 56 Ni, 64 Ge, 96 Cd – und zeigen, dass mit zunehmendem Schalenradius ein stark abfallendes Schalenenergiespektrum resultiert. Für das exemplarisch ausgewählte Nuklid 96 Cd geben wir das Schalenenergiespektrum an und zeigen, wie sich die Schalenenergien aus tangential und radial wirkenden Casimir-Energien zusammensetzen. Insgesamt erhalten wir ein faszinierend einfaches und anschauliches Modell der gg-Kerne, des- sen Korrektheit allerdings erst durch Lösen der quantenhydrodynamischen Grund- gleichungen im Innenraum der Nukleonen verifiziert werden kann.
