This paper invites the reader to verify a number of relatively simple mathematical proofs in relation to a physical Theory on the mass and its origin. Accepting the calculations as free from error will lead to the conclusion that the Theory is right and the Standard Model wrong. The work can be done in less than a week. The Theory is based on the ideas of the Japanese Physicist Yukawa. In 1934 Yukawa thought of particles as small blobs of sub nuclear matter, that he called urmaterie and others called goo. This Theory, the only alternative to the Standard Model, starts with a physical concept, easy to understand, for material particles. It is not a mere improvisation, but rather an elaborate Theory entitled "A New Physics for a New Millennium", free loadable as a 286-page book from http://www.jdejuan.activanet.es". This Work has a Certificate of Registration issued under the Seal of the United States Copyright Office; The Library of Congress in accordance with title 17, United States Code. The question to be resolved is where the truth lies. Either our Universe is made up of virtual elements governed by equations that are being developed by incorporating more and more parameters or consists of real particles with dimensions and normal behaviours.
