Dans "Rhythmodynamics", Yuri N. Ivanov a publié les preuves théoriques et expérimentales que les longueurs d'ondes stationnaires d'un système d'oscillateurs en mouvement diminuent en fonction de leur vitesse, confirmant l'hypothèse de H.-A. Lorentz, que les dimensions de l'instrument de Michelson sont réduites en fonction de la vitesse comme celles des ondes, rendant impossible la mesure de la vitesse de la Terre dans l'espace par cette méthode. Il y eut cependant des divergences dans l'évaluation des dimensions de la contraction entre Ivanov, Lorenz et Lafrenière. Le présent article révise le diagramme et les calculs d'Ivanov et démontre que la contraction des ondes stationnaires en fonction de la vitesse, et par conséquent celle de la matière, est conforme au coefficient de Lorentz et égale dans les trois directions x, y et z. Il conclut que la relativité de Lorentz-Ivanov remet en question non seulement la relativité d'Einstein mais aussi la conception de la cosmologie d'expansion, de la mécanique quantique et de la matière en général. Les principes de mécanique ondulatoire semblent conduire vers une unification des théories de la physique.
