It has been shown that the great the red shift in the spectra of the quasars are due to the influence of the interstellar dark matter on the distribution of the light from the quasar to Earth. At the time of radiation there is an increase in the wavelength in accordance with Einstein's law for the red shift in the spectra of the compact stars. Further, in the motion of a quantum of a light from the quasar to Earth through a space filled with gaseous dark matter, there is an increase in the wavelength due to the fact, that there is the continued growth of the mass of the photons, which make up a wave.This there is in accordance with the law of Hubble, which united the red shift in
the spectra of distant galaxies with the distances up to them. In this case for calculating the light path length we obtained a formula, which is making more accurate the Hubble law for large distances. This formula is not related to the problem of the removal of galaxies, including the quasars, due to the fact, that it is considered, that the space is expands. This formula does not bind a large red shift in the spectra of the distant galaxies and quasars with their non-existent by expansion of the space.
