One of the effects of the gravity over a mass M located in the gravitational field of a much bigger mass MG, is the production of atomic transformations inside the atomic nuclei made up of protons/neutrons. In this paper I try to explain that the field of Ether/ESF existing all over in the Euclidean space results subject to absorption by the mass MG and consequently transforms its presence into what is defined "the gravitational field of MG". Effects caused on the mass M immersed in the said gravitational field are various and here only the one that produces Static Force and the one causing free fall are considered. The intention is to prove that gravity is a phenomenon dependent on a transformation of atomic nature internal to M that can be understood only in dependence of presence of the Ether/ESF. The characters of gravity are many and as far as possible will be considered in due course. The argument sustained is that if the gravity is a phenomenon of atomic character of low intensity associated to transformation internal to a mass, also the E-cat can be associated to a phenomenon of atomic character of similar type since both can extract Heat from a mass.
