The study confirms the hydrogen molecule structure and its electric charge value, disclosed by the earlier paper “THE HYDROGEN MOLECULE STRUCTURE”. The study confirms the equivalence of mass, electric charge, and screening area, the latter of which, at least for electron, is equal to its cross sectional area. The nature of the Coulomb force is disclosed without resorting to the concept of positive and negative charges. The study establishes the relationships between the units of mass and electric charge that are confirmed with the relations between the respective tabular values concerning electron. The coefficient ݇ of the Coulomb formula is by its nature the ethereal pressure multiplied by ఎ గ , where ߟ is the relation of the mass of proton to that of electron. The Kepler constant for atomic and molecular nuclei is a force equal to the product of their screening area and the ethereal pressure multiplied by ఎ గ . The study determines the cross section area of electron, and the relations between this area and its mass and electric charge. The value of the coefficient ݇ of the Coulomb formula is found in the MKS units system. The value of the ethereal pressure is found. The calculation of the electromagnetic force is made with the MKS units. The concepts of mass and electric charge are artificial. They were invented to explain different fragments of the material world picture, which until now have not been successfully integrated.
