Abstract:

This paper is a theory on measuring time and space length of a body between two moving bodies. Based on uniform time scale and the law of propagation of light, it discussed the difference between “measured time” and “actual time” because of finity of velocity of light. It educed the relation of maths between both and presented the transformation equations of time value and space length value between two Galilean reference frames .It discussed the uniform linear motion equation , the speed addition theorem and the acceleration of a object forced by a external force ,and gave their new expressions .
