In 2002 we published the article “Cylindrical Particles”(3) describing the structure of Photon and yet unknown structure called “Halfparticle”. Since the previous article, the principles how we build the solutions changed significantly. Back then we thought that the electromagnetic field has to be continuous on the boundary of the particle. Now we think that the potential has to be continuous while the E-M field can have a jump. In this article we will see what changes it will bring about. Surprisingly, the changes are not radical. This development is a step forward in the study of the boundary of a particle – the characteristic of second kind of Maxwell’s Equations. Also we want to revise all the mathematics that we use to build the solutions.
