more than one way. The most popular being that of interacting electric and magnetic fields that were analyzed in a previous paper () for free localized photons and massive elementary particles. An alternate fields representation method inspired by Louis deBroglie's theory regarding the possible internal dynamic structure of a permanently localized photon's energy is that of a discrete LC system made up of half the photon's energy oscillating electromagnetically thus generating mutually inducing alternating electric and magnetic fields, while being propelled in space by the other half of the photon's energy moving unidirectionally1. This representation will be analyzed here after clarification of the axiomatic foundation of deBroglie's hypothesis. These methods however are only mathematical representations of the kinetic energy that physically exists and moves at the fundamental level. Section 7 will describe the local motion of this physically existing energy that we are more familiar with by means of the fields representations.
