**Abstract:**

So far photons can be understood only as being corpuscular due to experimental conditions. Changing these conditions, the experiments can be explained only by wave theory. Up to now, no uniform model has been found to describe the photon. The present study investigates a new model of binary photons. To the author’s awareness, all known phenomena of light can be definitely explained by this model. Therefore, from now on the photon will be referred to as a dipole photon.
