for a long time relative motion seems only as a phenomenon comparable only with other motion in the same reference frame. As soon as another motion appears in another reference frame comparison of two motions become possible only by recalculation of velocities between two reference frames. Moreover, in some cases direct measurement of relative motion becomes possible only in a round-trip experiment that caused far spread suggestion of equality of one-way experiment and a round-trip experiment.
